The Yealink MVC S40-C5U Microsoft Teams Rooms System is an intelligent and compact collaboration solution designed for small to medium meeting rooms. Built for native Microsoft Teams Rooms environments, the MVC S40-C5U integrates advanced AI-driven video and audio performance, powerful computing capability, and intuitive room control to deliver an immersive and efficient meeting experience.
At the core of the system is the MCore 4 Gen-4 Mini-PC, powered by the Intel Ultra5 125H processor, providing outstanding data processing performance and mighty AI computing power. Preloaded with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise and the Microsoft Teams Rooms App, the system ensures a stable, secure, and familiar Teams experience for users.
The solution features the SmartVision 40 all-in-one smart audio-video device, combining dual 48MP cameras with advanced AI tracking technologies. With support for IntelliFocus, IntelliFrame, and Video Fence, SmartVision 40 automatically detects speakers, frames participants, and delivers clear visuals without missing key details. Its integrated audio system provides high-quality sound with a wide voice pickup range, making it ideal for collaborative discussions in small to medium-sized meeting spaces.
The MTouch Plus 11.6-inch touch panel offers intuitive meeting control, enabling one-touch join, camera adjustments, and content sharing. The included RoomSensor enhances intelligent room management by detecting room occupancy and displaying real-time environmental data such as temperature and humidity directly on the MTouch Plus interface.
The MVC S40-C5U supports both wired and wireless content sharing, allowing participants to share content effortlessly. Designed for easy deployment, a single CAT5e cable connects the MCore 4 and MTouch Plus for both power and data transmission. With support for the Yealink Device Management Platform / Cloud Service, IT teams can remotely manage, monitor, configure, and update devices, ensuring long-term reliability and simplified maintenance.
